#12 Have grop periodically scan for new updates

Hey David,

Not sure if this is worth to be enabled, so just a quick and dirty suggestion:

• When someone compiles a new program via porg, have it updated
  the entry box for grop too. What I mean is this ...

Say someone has grop running, and it lists all programs installed via
porg. Now I compile "htop"... but grop does not show this; I have to
re-started grop. Perhaps either the porg command could also push
the update onto a grop instance IF it is running (could be a silent
check via "ps aux") - or alternative like to add in grop, something
that auto-updates for new entries every 30 seconds or so. (I only
care about new additions... don't care about whether programs
are meanwhile removed via the commandline interface).

Anyway, props to you for still being able to keep the project alive
AND on sourceforget - I guess most people moved to some other
site by now ... :D
