    Hello all!

I have installed PopTop server on a Fedora Core 4 machine, following all the directions. Attempting a connection from a WindowsXP Home SP2 machine, the logs show that the Windows side is requesting callback CBCP and the server is rejecting this, but the Windows client is persistent until it times out.

What do I need to do either on the server side to enable a response to the CBCP request, or to configure the Windows client to stop requesting the CBCP in its LCP request?

    I have FC4 Kernel 2.6.17-1.2142
    pptpd-1.2.1-1
    ppp-2.4.3-5.fc4

    Any help out there?

    Thanks!

    Mark

      Hello all!

I discovered that I needed to turn off LCP extentions in the windows XP client to get rid of these rejections.
