#13 Database error.

I get this line when clicking on the create database as
instructed in the install text:

Call to undefined function: mysql_create_db()
in /home/account/public_html/mail/admin/installDB.php
on line 24

Have set up the popper.inc.php as instructed.

I've tried searching but to no avail, and the new support
forums are broke.

Thx for any help in advance.
