#294 HEAD and BODY change for NNTP.pm

Change to NNTP.pm proxy to allow classisification of
news for clients that use HEAD and BODY instead of the
current ARTICLE. Code change based on POP3.pm and
the way it handles TOP and RETR. This change also
required a change to the classify_and_modify method of
the BAYES.pm to allow it to return the whole message,
the header or the body to the client.

NNTP patches, with a mind to completing the work this week.

Yes I believe I did send a developer agreement before I sent
