#7 feature suggestion: convergence criteri for design points

Now optimization continues based on the difference in OFV.
For the convergence criterion it would be nice to maybe add a convergence criterion for design points, e.g. sampling time points.
E.g. currently it keeps running while sampling times are hardly changing.
From a practical point of view it would be good if I can easily specify that if sampling time points are only varying with very little magnitude, this could also be considered as a converged run.
I realize this has to be done carefully (i.e. enough time to randomly search the design space etc), but for instance a current run I am working on the end result is almost the same in terms of sampling times as what is was half an hour ago.
