#36 useless dialog sending outbox

When sending messages from the outbox, I get a dialog
stating:

"Failed to send message(s) in Outbox. Number of errors: 1"

In my case, I know what the error is. However, this
dialog is
basically useless. Could it provide some indication of
what
the actual errors are?
