I have a customer who is not receiving mail from our list. He says he tries to rejoin but it gives him a "duplicate user" error. I went into the pommo admin panel, and he was not listed. Figuring user error, I manually added him. To my surprise, it gave ME the error as well. I manually exported the user list to .txt. HE WAS THERE. So I went into the SQL DB. He was NOT there.
Any ideas as to what's going on here? I have functional, but limited knowledge but would appreciate any advice on this (probably) easy issue.

Issue solved. I was an idiot and he was in the DB. Just removed it from the sub db and reregistered it. Any idea as to why he wasnt in the scroll down list in the admin panel, not receiving emails, but was in the export list and in the mysql db? Odd.
