[Polyworld-develop] 1.5 source and apps available

Just FYI, I've had a couple of people bang their heads on the 
drastically outdated 1.0 source release, instead of checking out the 
latest source from CVS.  And I had another request for a binary 
release of the code.  So I today released what I called a 1.5 set of 
source code, plus Mac/Intel-only Polyworld.app and PwMoviePlayer.app 
executables.  Hopefully that'll make life easier on some folks.
