Hi, all  -  If you've got a second, could you please compile and run the 
attached rancheck.c program, and then copy and paste the output into an email 
to me, and let me know what kind of machine and what OS release you ran it on?

I'm trying to find out how (in)consistent the random number generators are from 
machine to machine and OS release to OS release.

P.S. A few bugs have surfaced in the all-in-one x-sorted list and food patch 
work, but I think I've got them fixed now.  Not checked in yet, but probably 
tomorrow.
