Clipper is great (use it in c#) but there is no nuget package that is .NET Standard or .NET 5 compliant

Note that there is a .net standard 2.0 available at https://www.nuget.org/packages/clipper.NetStandard2/ but this seems not to be maintained by Angus Johnson.

It would also be useful that the assembly in the NuGet package is signed with a strong name key, so that it can be referenced by other signed assemblies.
