When I solve the groebner basis of polynomials , I got a error: Matrix bound exceed . So I want to change the code of polybori. Could you tell me how to construct the Integrated Development Environment (IDE) of python and C++ for polybori debug?
Since buoldjng polybori soley relies on thecommand line, any linx including scons and the development packages of pythonand boost will do.
However, you did not encounter a but. This is rather a hint to the user, that the current solving strategy - probably selected by the default heuristic - cannot solve the problem using a finite amount of memory.
Typing
help groebner_basis
will give you a brief overview of its options for tweaking the heuristics.
For instance, youcould deactivate linear and ll heuristics
My best,
Alexander

Thank you for reply.
As you pointed, I found that It's a hint from linear_algebra_step.h before calling function mzd_top_echelonize_m4ri().
Another question: Except using std::cout, how do you watch the variables at run time when you debug Polybori?
