[Polybench-discussion] missing math symbol

Hi PolyBench team,

In the script utilities/makefile-gen.pl, you forgot to add 
"\${EXTRA_FLAGS}" at the end of line 65.
Some compiler complains or won't compile because of missing sqrt symbol.
