#12 Window position on opening

System: debian unstable, XFree86, gnome 2.4

The position of the initial window is top aligned instead
of being attached beneeth the buttons bar on top of the
gnome desktop.

You always have to drag the window down in order make
the desktop buttons bar available.

Not an error but cumbersome.

A workaround would be to place all your panels on the bottom
of the desktop
