The spacebar keyboard shortcut, to toggle
expand/collapse, doesn't work.

Ah, I see (in the changelog) that the shortcut was changed
to Ctrl+[space]. Fine. So the real "bug" here is a
documentation bug - the documentation wasn't changed to
reflect that fact.
