The sounds (both normal shot and ut of ammo sounds) for the Glock and the grenade are interchanged.
Version: precompiled build from the SVN (filename "linux_client")
Distro: Arch Linux
Sound system: ALSA
I just tested with some more weapons, I get also wrong sound with other weapons.
Instead of a slicing sound for the knife, some rifle shooting sound comes, instead of the shooting sound for the MAC 10, the "Bomb has been planted" sound comes...
I checked the filenames, they are correct, so I guess it's simply some constants/identifiers mixed up...

The problem doesn't occur with the precompiled windows version (at least not when runnig the binary with wine).
The amount of money the player owns isn't showed on Linux, too...
