#16 Advanced Features - Bet
As a: Player
I want to: be able to bet on a game, at the beginning of a round.
So that I can: utilize my chips
AC 1: A player can choose a bet but not exceeding chips at hand.
AC 2: Bet option is available before the round starts.
AC 3: Bet is not available during a round.
Bet has the same functionality as raise, so a possible rename of the button to "Bet/Raise" or just leave as "Bet", or change the text on the button according to the proper phase. Agreed bet button should be disabled, but only when the round is over.
Bet button was intended originally, but has turned into the hit button. There should be a new button called bet, dedicated only for betting chips. It should launch a user input window where the user can enter the amount they want to bet.
