[Podofo-users] Signing document a second time

Hello podofo users group,

It seems there is an issue when signing files:

When signing the document orig.pdf to orig.podofo.pdf with podofosign 
(tested with version 0.9.5 and 0.9.6), everything seems fine.

But when signing orig.podofo.pdf a second time to 
orig.podofo.podofo.pdf, then Adobe reports the first signature as 
invalid (see attached screenshot and documents).

Other tools do not complain, I have even checked the signature manually 
and they are both fine, the byterange and hashed contents match.

AFAIK Adobe is the only one that reports the first signature as invalid, 
but since it is a de facto standard on different platform, I guess that 
it is in the interest of podofo to generate documents that are accepted 
by Adobe Reader.

My guess is that Adobe checks some properties of the Document, I'm able 
to sign other documents more than once without Adobe Reader giving any 
warning, but unfortunately I've not been able to narrow down what those 
properties are.


The bugtracker reported at http://podofo.sourceforge.net/support.html is 
not reachable 
(https://sourceforge.net/apps/mantisbt/podofo/main_page.php), has it 
been moved somewhere else?
