#62 R5006 vs. BPKP:TR1436

HF requirement R5006 prohibits that a PhysicalConnector element is instantiated by an ACTIVE ACCESSORY-oriented HF SURGICAL EQUIPMENT if an ACTIVE ACCESSORY is not physically connected to an ACTIVE OUTPUT TERMINAL.
In contrast, BPKP requirement TR1436 forces provides to provide a unique number for each VMD of the same Type within an MDS. In our model there are multiple VMDs of Type "virtual terminal". Thus, in my opination the provider has to fulfill BPKP:TR1436.

How do we cope with this situation that our requirement contradicts a BPKP requirement?

TR1436: If a pm:MdsDescriptor contains multiple pm:VmdDescriptor elements of the same pm:Type, an SDC SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL provide a number in pm:PhysicalConnectorInfo/@Number that is unique to all pm:VmdDescriptor elements below the pm:MdsDescriptor.

This is further complicated by

TR1378: When a REMOVABLE SUBSYSTEM gets connected to an SDC SERVICE PROVIDER, the SDC SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL insert the corresponding CONTAINMENT TREE ENTRY to its MDIB.

and

TR1376: When a REMOVABLE SUBSYSTEM gets disconnected from an SDC SERVICE PROVIDER, the SDC SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL remove the corresponding CONTAINMENT TREE ENTRY from its MDIB.
