#24 Add a manual grid generation, download and upload grids.

In grid generation mode, the user draws the desired
loop, and can add & remove numbers from the board. He
also has reduce and validate commands. Boards can be
saved and sent to a public download page. Downloading a
grid (.lop file) should open using pocketloop.
