pnPJChat - pjIRC module for PostNuke / News: Recent posts

We found ourselves in need of an IRC chat module for my Postnuke sites and found none that was to our liking so I decided to go ahead and try to make my own.
Here is the resulting hack.
I have been working on it for a few days now and feel it is ready for public viewing.
