Yes, PLEASE HELP! I noticed one of my most important notes turned up blank today (04.05.2014). I have back ups going back to 0/16/2013. I tried doing a synchronization but that didn't help. The note contained registration number's to numerous software titles that my non-profit business owns.

what kind of back up?
you may try to open .pnote files in WordPad or Word (by selecting these files in Explorer and and choosing "Open With")
