You want "make check", not "make distcheck". The latter builds a distribution, unpacks it, and tests it in a standard environment. It should ignore all local configuration but it's probably possible to fool it by setting stuff in the environment (I don't think it cleans the environment - it's very difficult to do in a portable way "env -i". With the parallel builds (now the default in 1.6.1 and 1.7) the pngtest log ends up in tests/pngtest.log, with the 1.5 serial environment it is in pngtest-log.txt. John Bowler <jb...@ac...> |
