#29 Better Multilingual Support

Hi,

I would like to see multilingual content support for
your most excllent forum. What I mean by this is as
follows:

- Add the ability to define multilingual titles for
forum categories and forums
- Have the ability to specify a language when a post is
being made; then only display the posts which pertain
to the current language or for which the language 'All'
was set

This would make for a more multilingual forum which I
think would be a good functional addition.

I woul drather jut have the ability to define a language per
forum, empty categories do not show already - this would
mean categories with no forum in current language would have
to be invisible. That should be a little easier for all to
code and support :)
