  I've been tested Encompass .91 on two seperate sites. Each of them are having the same issue.
  
  example:
  http://www.oneiric.org/
  
  The only diffrence in their setup has been theme choice - LogicII and DuskyBlue.
  
  Config:
  PN .712
  Encompass .91
  IIS 5 on Win2K Server
  PHP 4.11
  
  Is there a diffrent setup procedure under IIS?
