#2 multilanguage support

if the publisher can select the language of concet
announcement we can easily create multilanguage
calendare, where one can view only posting in its own
language.

I think it can be implemented during the first release
cycle.

We can also consider the possibility of disabling such
aa feature in the setup

I think all the needed API are in 7.14 release; the db fields
are already in place: it shouldn't take much time to
implement this
