#16 Mangling of Special characters

Special characters are often mangled in the title of the
concert. Specifically I use Concert @ Place as the name
of the concert and about 30% of the time it mangles it to
something weird. This one below is supposed to read
"Loungin' Dulcinea" but you can see what it comes out
as..

It also mangles links! I've been trying to add map links to
mapquest - it works (kinda-sorta) once in a while.

How about just adding a spot specifically for mapquest or
other maps of choice? like an html compatible link.

Ooops - before I forget - this is on PN .726 and the older
Concert - the new version will NOT work on 726
