#68 Admin should place orders

It would be very useful if the Admin could place orders
in the name of any costumer. Imagine that some orders
are coming by phone. You can not say them ( to a well
known costumer ) please go the web and choose that
and that .... You should be able to do that instead of
them, to keep your records up to date.
On the other side with this functionality PNCommerce
could be used as a complete user request tracking
system, for the offer to the order. You could keep every
kind ( not only the order) of user requests in one system.
Is there any trick to do this now ?
