#40 Deposits
I would like to be able to set a minimum deposit for
certain items on my store.
Essentially what I'm looking for is so the user when he
orders certain items I select, he can pay between the
minimum deposit and the full price of the product.
The deposit price, along with anything else he selects
will be charged to the cc, paypal or whatever and the
balance will be left until shipping time.
When the product is ready for shipping, I would like to
be able to pull his order and check a box or something
to indicate its ready to ship, this would then send him
an email giving him this information.

This feature request will be taken into consideration when the
custom properties feature has been implemented in pncommerce.
This feature allows to add dynamic data to several object (shops,
customers, categories or items).
We expect a beta version in Q1/2004.
