#37 automatic downsizing

Hi guys,

I've got several notes:

1) You should be able to set a maximum default size for
the "full size" pictures, so if the admin uploads a
bigger picture, it gets scaled down to that size (makes
it a lot easier, instead of having to use photoshop or
something else and have them learn to resize everything).

2) If I have already uploaded a full-size picture, and
the thumbnail is either too small - or I didn't create
it in the first place (perhaps I forgot?), then I can't
make it create it, without having to delete the full
size picture, and uploading it again, and selecting
"create thumbnail" at there.
If you select create thumbnail, and there already is a
full-size picture uploaded, it should just use that as
the basis, unless a new full-size is given at the same
time.
