[Pmk-devel] Released pmk 0.9.1

This release include privilege separation for pmksetup when used with 
root privileges. Cpu detection support for ia64 and alpha processors has 
also been added. The decision to keep the original path separator (aka 
':') has been taken to keep compatibility and to avoid too much useless 
processing of the data. This change means that you absolutely need to 
update your pmk.conf before using pmk. See the changelog for more details.
