#486 Count tab as 1 character for column position

The '\t' character is currently counted as 8 characters (line 207 of JavaCharStream.java in net.sourceforge.pmd.ast package). Tabs are not always 8 characters, so the option to set this (as a commandline option, perhaps) value would be helpful.
