This breaks the Stat Rules. Presumably if you ask them for
the top-ten longest methods, it will return the top-ten
methods
for each file. This is bad.

Thinking more about this... it might not break the stat
rules. Instead, for example, the top 10 methods rule can
keep track of the top ten so far and at the end of the run,
be polled as to what the top 10 are.

Definitely needs a code change, though.
