It seems, that the rule UnusedImports creates RuleViolations without a class name.
Maybe there are other rules, too, that have this problem.

The issue appears when generating a report in maven-pmd-plugin....

This will be fixed with PMD 5.3.8, 5.4.3, 5.5.2 and later.
