#1359 PMD violations in eclipse should be shown on editor by scrollbar

When a file has PMD issues, the user must scroll down the file to determine where the issues are and what level they are. On the right of the editor window, next to the scrollbar, in eclipse there is a "file map" where markers are put for issues in the file. Add color-coded clickable markers for PMD issues. Other static code analysis tools (FindBugs, Checkstyle) are able to do this.
