#5 Add "view who voted" AJAX functionality to the widget
A link below the number of votes that opens a quick ajax view of who voted for the node. This will widen the vote box and fade out the vote +/- paddles and show who has +'d or -'d the vote. A simple close window link will bring the widget back to it's original state.
