[Plplot-devel] Issue with ocaml in tree tests

I'm trying to update the Fedora plplot package to 5.15.0 but running 
into the problem that the build tree rpath is not being set:

plplot-5.15.0/fedora/examples/ocaml/CMakeFiles/target_x13ocaml.dir/build.make: 
  cd /home/orion/fedora/plplot/plplot-5.15.0/fedora/examples/ocaml && 
/usr/bin/ocamlopt.opt -g -I 
/home/orion/fedora/plplot/plplot-5.15.0/fedora/bindings/ocaml -ccopt "-L 
/home/orion/fedora/plplot/plplot-5.15.0/fedora/src -Wl,-rpath -Wl, " 
plplot.cmxa -o x13ocaml x13.ml


The problem is we build with USE_RPATH=OFF but the ocaml_RPATH variables 
are only set with USE_RPATH=ON.  I think we want a special case to 
always set the build_*_RPATH variables.

Hi Orion:

Good catch.  This build-system bug for the combination of ocaml and
-DUSE_RPATH=OFF in the core build tree is now fixed in the git commit
described (using "git describe master") as
plplot-5.15.0-37-g6b215267e.
