Hi Olof, and whoever might help us in testing:
I exported a makefile from Visual Studio, and
submitted it as a patch: not with the intention
to have it included as is into the distribution,
but in order to make it available to you for
further experimenting.
Please let me know if the information given in
my previous mails is not sufficient to assemble
a working DLL.
