Combined with my most recent commits implementing the recommended fortran configuration (which still works fine under Linux), we may have knocked off two of the three issues I am aware of for Mac OS X. Could you please make another tarball with an announcement of this --disable-dyndrivers fix and the possible cross-platform fortran configuration fix to allow our Mac OS X users to test these fixes?
