Log Message:
* Added support for the plplot-gnome package, both in debian/control and by
  the plplot-gnome.files.
* The upstream version is now determined with the get-upstream-version.pl
  script, which is being cvs added now.
* Therefore, the make-cvs-release.sh does not need to change debian/rules
  anymore.
* In debian/control, Added build-dependencies to jade & friends, as well as
  to libgnome-dev.
* --enable-docbook in the configure call in debian/rules.
