Cleaned up the ps vs. pstex driver mess.  When dyndrivers are enabled, the 
use of --enable-pstex imply now the inclusion of the ps.so driver module, 
enabling the ps and psc devices.

On the other hand, when --enable-ps and --diasable-pstex are specified, the
pstex.so driver module is not erroneously installed, as it used to be.
