Log Message:
Make 9th and 11th Python example consistent with recently changed C
examples.  This concludes the Python consistency effort (at least until the
next change in the C examples).  All python and java examples now agree
exactly in their results.  The long-standing discrepancy in the last page of
example 9 between the C example and now both the java and python examples
persists both for single and double precision libplplot (and C example 9).
So this suggests there may be some precision problem with the C example 9,
but I cannot find it!
