Account to the fact that the user will now run octave in the directory bindings/octave. Result of AT merge.
Running octave out of this directory implies that the user must setup the LOADPATH. The plplot-test.sh and test_octave.sh also take this into account after the Octave examples are installed.
Should setup a .octaverc in $prefix/lib/plplot-x.x/examples/octave, if the user wants to try octave by its own in that directory.
