Log Message:
This is a first attempt to make current CVS HEAD buildable on RH7.3. The
python (1.5) part of this build works fine.  However, the itcl part of the
install does not work correctly for reasons that still have to be worked
out. 

Ultimately, this spec file will probably be used to build plplot 5.2.0 rpm's
on RH7.3 so that is the version specified inside this spec file, but don't
let that fool you; the plplot-5.2.0.tar.gz tarball referred to is actually
made from current PLplot CVS HEAD and is therefore a moving target 
rather than some static future release.
