AFAIK this is harmless.  Just irritating. :)

I believe so.  Sorry I've been MIA as of late, but have been swampt.  In
addition I will be taking a much needed vacation from tomorrow until Sunday.
I *will* try to give the latest RC at least a cursory check on both RH7.3
and Solaris.

As for the tcl config problems, I will look into it but it will take some
time.
