The changes since RC1 have been pretty minimal, but I would prefer our users
test a version as close as possible to what final will be so I think RC2 is
a good idea.  However, let's wait until tomorrow morning, (Wednesday, which
will nicely split the test week).  Also, I will get my first chance to build
and install RC1 on my own machine today.

To the other developers here.  It sounds like today is the last chance to
test RC1 and get any necessary changes into RC2.  Also, even if your test is
completely successful please let us know about it!  I want to be able to
brag about those successes on Saturday for the official announcement.
