As I have already spent two afternoons and one night reading 
doc/docbook/README.developers and searching for the correct files in my 
system (what I think I have done, but configure says no!) please send to me 
the actual files specified in --with-xml-declaration=<one file> and 
--with-sgml-catalogs=<four_files> so I can search my system based on file 
content!
