Hi,

1) --with-double does not appears when we do=20
=20
    ./configure --help

but it is honoured if we configure --with-double=3Dno.

 Users that require floats might think that the option is no longer suppo=
rted.

2) Also, --disable-drivers seems to not sort  effect, as=20

    gd ljii ljiip ntk pbm ps pstex tk tkwin xfig xwin

are built.

3) ./configure --help | wc -l

reports 180 lines of help!!!, 7 screen pages!
The options count are:
   29  are --with,=20
   49 are --enable,
   6  are  --disable
   1  is --without

Is it possible to categorize this with sub-help options? I guess not.
