Actually, Joao, there has now been one further iteration and Don reports that --disable-cxx --disable-f77 --disable-tcl builds fine on AIX. There is one other installation problem we are sorting out at the moment, but once that is done, I am discussing a possible fix for tcl/tk with Maurice which I hope that Don would be willing to test before 5.2.1. The AIX fixes for f77 and C++ are not so obvious so we may have to put those off until after 5.2.1. Alan __________________________ Alan W.
