[Plplot-devel] PLplot release work status

So far so good:

(1) I have rebuilt the documentation, spot-checked it, and installed it on
the live website.

(2) I have tagged the current CVS as v5_2_0_rc1 which gives me a nice option
to ignore or include any commits done by other developers today.

The next step is to put together a script to build the tarball.  I am going
with a script for the first time because the tarball build it is getting
more complicated with execution of bootstrap.sh, building all the pre-built
interfaces with swig plus the stuff I did before.
