[Plplot-devel] app-defaults files for PLplot/tk

My recent commits gives us the ability to set options in app-defaults files
for use with PLplot/tk.  To use, go down into bindings/tk/app-defaults and
look at the README file.  In short, to get started just copy one of those
PLplot.*.ad to "~/app-defaults/PLplot", then fire up a PLplot tk based
app.

There's a lot more that can be done along this path, such as:
 - convert all fixed fonts/colors/etc to be specified by options db vars
 - revamp all the default fonts (the old defaults can be restored by using
   PLplot.large.ad).
